Just Call Me Jim
Once upon a time an old, retired man, living in Napa Valley, California, was visited by Extraterrestrials. He had a reputation for being ill-tempered and a hard ass. He was a combat veteran of the Vietnam War and founded successful companies in Silicon Valley.
The Extraterrestrials came in peace and recruited the old man to help them address some of the evils on Earth. Now, World Leaders and Criminal Enterprises want to kill him.
Just Call Me Jim is a satire that exposes the frailties and corruption within society, the corporate world, and governments and their agencies. It also exposes the lack of compassion for the weak and defenseless in the world, who suffer daily – while those in power strive only to stay in power at the peoples’ expense.
Dedicated to Judith Jankiewicz, aka “Peaches.” Illustrations by Janet Vautrin and Beth Sanders.

Jim Vincent is a wealthy retired businessman and a combat veteran of the Vietnam War. He is in his seventies and considers himself to be a constitutional conservative. He is patriotic and loves his country.
He is concerned about the deterioration of morality in society. He is troubled and alarmed that corruption has permeated the corporate world and is embedded in government agencies.
Jim Vincent is visited by extraterrestrials who have been observing activity on Earth for many decades and since the detonation of a nuclear bomb, by Americans, in 1945.
The extraterrestrials have chosen Vincent to assist them in addressing many evils in the world that they have been observing, such as starvation, slavery, the growing threat of nuclear proliferation, and the denial of freedom.
They have been observing Vincent for many years and they have chosen him to be their human surrogate in understanding and developing methods to eradicate those evils.
The extraterrestrials possess extraordinary technical capabilities that have never existed on Earth. They are concerned about the direction that nations of the Earth are headed with the buildup of nuclear weapons stockpiles, and dangerous rogue nations pursuing nuclear capability.
Vincent uses his vast data base of information that he has compiled and stored on his computer for many decades. His information provides background information on the history and activities of many nations. He offers the extraterrestrials strategies and tactics, to utilize their extraordinary technologies in confronting and destroying evils that are threatening the existence of humanity.
The partnership of Vincent and the extraterrestrials had been choosing two evils, at a time, to eradicate. It has been very successful, and they have dramatically changed the world for good.
They are not finished – they are pledged to continue their partnership and the pursuit of eliminating evil.
