Randy Lee Higgins Book Excerpt – Salvo

Salvo: Answers to an Apocalypse

The front cover of Salvo by Randy Lee HigginsThis book was written in the state of breathless Samadhi, on a cell phone. Pithy mystical aphorisms began arriving from “ourselves in the future”. These future selves have survived the cataclysm we are currently undergoing and want to extend a hand to help us through the Apocalyptic labyrinth safely to the other side. This journey is not what is expected. The price of admission to the New Earth turns out to be realization of every terror we’ve ever imagined. Turns out, it was only ourselves we were afraid of in the first place! The final reward is the acceptance and embracing of this glorious terrifying Self. What we were looking for is what is looking for us.

Excerpts from Salvo

Page 15

Love isn’t dependent on other people. It’s just there regardless. It’s in the air you breathe.

Page 33

You have to become everyone and everything. Not only do you have to become every race, you have to become every kind of racist. Not only do you have to become every kind of animal, you have to become every kind of carnivore, both animal and human. Not only do you have to become the victim of every crime, you have to become every kind of criminal.

The goal isn’t to be good. The goal is to be whole. The goal is to be All That Is. Don’t you want to be All That Is? Don’t you want to be God? God wants you to be. This is what is meant by “returning to the Source.” Compassion isn’t enough. You will need courage.
